Do you service my area?:
– We provide service in Maryland, USA.
– Servicing select areas of Montgomery County. Howard County, Prince Georges County, and Anne Arundel County.
– If you are wondering if we service your area, you can fill out an appointment request with your address included and we can let you know if we service your area, or give the office a call at 301-384-6290 Option 2.
What kind of Lawn Tractors do you work on?
– We work on lawn tractors up to a deck size of 52”
– We do not work on Kubota or the Gravely brand.
How do you charge?
– We charge a flat rate based on piece of equipment and where you’re located
– Repairs and tune up are the same price
– Parts for repair appointments are extra on top of the flat rate.
– There is no extra charge for the second repair appointment, unless there is an excess in labor, the mechanic will charge at their discretion.

What does ALL DAY Window mean?
– When your appointment is approved and booked, you will get a notification of your appointment being an “All-Day Window” at 12AM.
– Our booking system takes All-Day quite literally, which is why we have many disclaimers and tell our customers to please ignore the time!
– Our all day window is generally between 10AM or 11AM depending on the mechanic to 5PM.
Do you offer appointment times?
– No, all of our appointments are ALL-DAY Windows.
– Our mechanics book a certain amount of appointments per day and will get through them. Appointments can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 3+ hours depending on the job.
– We have a general timeframe of 10 AM – 5 PM but sometimes can differ.
Can I bring my equipment to you?
– No, since our mechanics are completely mobile and work 100% out of their trucks, we do not have a shop to bring your equipment to.
How do I pay?
– Upon booking your appointment we require a card on file, we do not charge you until after the mechanic has done the appointment.
Can you repair and tune up my equipment together?
– No. We do not do repairs and tune ups in the same day.
– A repair can take anywhere between 1 hour to 3+ hours and multiple appointments. A tune up can be 1-2 hours. Or mechanic’s will not do both in the same day and WILL NOT do any tune-ups on any piece of equipment that is in need of a repair.
– If you’re booked for a tune up and the mechanic finds an issue, your appointment will automatically become a repair.
What’s the difference between a repair and a tune up?
– A repair is the fix any issues with the equipment (no start, not cutting right, flat tires etc)
– A tune up Is done on a piece of WORKING equipment with NO PROBLEMS to fine tune it.
Can he bring parts to my repair appointment?
– No. Our mechanic MUST diagnose the issue himself before going to order parts.
– Our mechanic’s do not carry all parts on their trucks so anything model or engine specific will have to be ordered.
